Your tasks
Your job will involve the on-site and remote installation and config of our IT security software
You will be an advisor to our clients and will be responsible for various tasks across the entire project
Research and development in the area of IT security, including the topics of secure architectures, web security, cloud computing security, IoT
Project management of customer projects and/or internal topics responsibility
Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies to determine direction and service improvements to continue our competitive edge in the technology of our systems architecture
Implementing and/or overseeing the implementation of solutions, document design specifications, installation instructions and ongoing maintenance required for solution delivery
Delivering demos and presentations to prospective customers and partners
Analysing requirements with partners and end users, mapping requirements to technical solutions, including our large variety of software and hardware solutions
Your Profile
Proficiency or generally knowledgeable about PKI, PKI services, and PKI concepts
Able and competent to manage and provide technical trainings or workshops to business partners or prospects
Knowledgeable and experienced with PKI and Digital Certificates
Experienced with Windows Server including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy
Experienced with Unix/Linux
Ideally, you have software development skills in the Java space
Database Servers such as MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL and Oracle
Java Application Servers, JBoss, Wildfly
Your tasks
1st level support for all technical requirements
Manage our IT infrastructure inclusive physical network, cloud applications, server applications and software
Analise, classify, prioritize and solve existing support cases
Manage our DC & AD
Install, configure and administrate PCs, notebooks, printer, switches and server
Ensure network connectivity to firewalls and routers
Support IT relevant projects and further development of our IT infrastructure
Prepare demonstration and proof of concept installations for our products
Support our Technical Consultants with proficient IT knowledge
Your Profile
Successfully completed IT apprenticeship and some experience in the above-mentioned tasks
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Windows (operating systems, Windows Server 2012/2016)
Good knowledge of MS Office, inclusive Skype for Business 2016, MS SCCM is a plus
Good networks, switches and firewall knowledge base
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experienced with Linux operating systems and VMWare
Proficient or generally knowledgeable about PKI, PKI services, and PKI concepts
Cooperative, service-oriented, independently and conscientious way of working
Good English communication skills both verbal and written
